Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter personal information, we’ll be unable to provide a full and thorough eye examination.

We keep your information safe by storing it in a secure digital format and only allowing our staff to view it.

We keep your information for 10 years at which point we securely destroy physical files if appropriate. From 2018 we no longer produce paper files.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please get in touch with us.
