Comprehensive Eye Testing

Your eyecare is a priority to us at Gates Eyewear and because of this we have invested in the very latest eyetesting equipment. Your eyetest will look at how your eyes focus and the health of them not just how well they see. Our Optometrists can now take digital photos of the back of your eyes letting us accurately record  the health of the retina. The new Zeiss Matrix visual field analyzer lets us check for subtle changes that can affect the field of vision - these are often associated with the eye disease glaucoma. Your eye test will be performed by a university trained and qualified Optometrist who is a member of the New Zealand Association of Optometrists and who must keep up to date with Continuing Professional Education.
